On Thursday 11 September, London & Home Counties including East Anglia region held their annual TTBS Charity Bowls Day At Braintree Bowling Club.
12 teams contested the event in two groups of 6 with teams from the area and also a team from Bristol.
It was a keenly and enthusiastic fought event resulting in a Final between Boxford Eagles and Team Archer (Braintree) – the highest scorers from each Group.
Team Archer were the eventual winners and the photo shows Regional President Malcolm Cowley awarding the winning team with the Keith Davies Memorial Shield.
The winning team comprised Paul Archer , Ivan Gooday, Jon Beere and Steve Phillips.
£920 was raised on the day for the TTBS. Our thanks to all who took part.
