The Strand Plywood Luncheon Club held its 42nd Annual Dinner at the East India Club on the 17 February 2026, continuing its long-standing tradition of meeting each year on Shrove Tuesday
Following a very successful auction and other fundraising activities during the evening, the Club was pleased to make a donation of £1,000 to the TTBS.
The SPLC dinner remains an invitation only event and continues to be organised by Andy Simpson and Jim Chambers.
The club was founded in the mid-1980s by Nigel King, Sergio Solari, and the late Mike Cotterill and has maintained its annual gathering and charitable fundraising tradition ever since.
